UniCare Financial Corp.: The Irvine-based holding company for UniCare Insurance Co. reported net income of $2 million for the fourth quarter, up 17% from the $1.7 million reported for the period in 1988. Revenue rose 46% to $21 million, from $14.3 million. Net income for 1989 was $7.5 million, up 23% from the $6.1 million for 1988. Revenue rose 35%, to $73 million from $54 million.
