Certron Corp.: The Anaheim manufacturer of video and audio cassettes reported a loss of $47,000 for the first fiscal 1990 quarter ended Jan. 31, despite a tax credit of $91,000 and a gain of $131,000 from life insurance, company officials said. The company reported earnings of $83,000 for the quarter the year before. Revenue for the quarter fell 25%, to $5.5 million from $7.2 million.
