Softsel Computer Products, Inglewood, said it signed a revised definitive agreement providing for the previously announced merger of Microamerica with a unit of Softsel . . . RJR Nabisco Inc. and Nestle Foods Corp. announced the completion of the previously announced sale of Baby Ruth, Butterfinger and Pearson confection businesses to Nestle Foods for $370 million.
