Cher Dresses for Dinner: Cher has a new video coming out titled “Heart of Stone,” and this one should generate much less controversy than her “If I Could Turn Back Time” video. In the new video--instead of a skimpy leather strap--she is wearing a black minidress, blazer, stockings and shoes, what has been referred to as the kind of outfit one might wear out to dinner.
