Arco to Expand Pipeline: Atlantic Richfield Co.’s pipeline subsidiary said it would expand a crude oil pipeline from Texas City, Tex., to Cushing, Okla. The first phase will cost an estimated $48 million and increase crude oil delivery capability to Cushing to 120,000 barrels per day by the third quarter of 1990 from the current rate of 50,000 barrels per day. The expansion is designed to increase the amount of foreign crude brought by tanker into the Gulf of Mexico to be delivered to the Mid-continent area.
