Niemann Promoted by Developer
Walter F. Niemann has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer for the Santa Margarita Co., which manages Rancho Mission Viejo and is master planner of the new town of Rancho Santa Margarita.
Niemann, formerly senior vice president of finance, is responsible for all accounting and financial activities for Rancho Mission Viejo.
Before joining the company in 1984, he was treasurer and vice president of finance for Cadillac Fairview Homes West. Niemann was controller for the Mission Viejo Co. from 1979 to 1980 and, for five years prior to that, was company controller for Irvine Pacific Development Co., the home-building division of the Irvine Co.
