Lee Stewart has been promoted to assistant vice president of transmission divisions at the Southern California Gas Co. and will become vice president Nov. 1. Stewart, who joined the utility in 1967, was formerly manager of distribution. In his new position, Stewart will help direct the group responsible for delivering natural gas supplies into the company’s distribution system.
