Homes in Lancaster

Mallorca, a project of the Next Generation Development Co., is opening with 47 of 130 Mediterranean-style detached homes to be built in Lancaster.

Priced from $146,990 to $172,990, the two-story houses will have three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or three baths in 1,700 to 2,150 square feet when completed. First move-ins are planned in late May.

Tile roofs, three-car garages, rear- and side-yard fencing, front-yard lawns and installed sprinklers are other amenities offered in the three floor plans.

The three decorated models and the sales office are open Mondays through Fridays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, an hour earlier, at 2043 Ivesbrook, reached from the Avenue I exit of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.

15 Sylmar Houses

Eiffel Tower Estates, developed by Schor Construction Co., is opening in Sylmar with 15 detached homes in the total project.

They are priced from $334,950 to $354,500 and have four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,956 to 2,068 square feet. Features also include family rooms, wet bars, fireplaces, dining rooms and laundry rooms.

Each house is also being built on lots that are about half an acre in size with mountain views. Move-ins are planned in 45 to 60 days.

The sales office and models are open Fridays through Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 13269 DeFoe Ave., reached from the Roxford Street exit of the Golden State (5) Freeway or the Foothill (210) Freeway.
