Jill Estep has been named vice president and branch manager of Swett & Crawford’s Irvine office. She previously served as branch manager of the insurance company’s Scottsdale, Ariz., office. Before that, she was a marketing officer for the St. Paul Cos. for two years and a marketing representative in St. Paul’s Arizona office for five years.
