New Curbs on Cigarette Smoking
Considering the Department of Health and Human Services report (Part A, Feb. 21) that tobacco kills 400,000 Americans each year and costs the nation more than $52 billion annually in health care and productivity losses, it seems that the recent drug summit should more appropriately have been held in Columbia, South Carolina, rather than in Colombia, South America.
