Replacement for Ouko

NAIROBI, Kenya —
President Daniel Arap Moi named a replacement Friday for a popular foreign minister whose brutal death sparked rumor and unrest across Kenya.
The official Voice of Kenya radio reported Minister for Water Development Ndolo Ayah would replace the late Foreign Minister Robert Ouko.
