Brokerage Claims 3rd: Scher-Voit Commercial Brokerage Co., Irvine, which is less than three years old, says it is already the county’s third-largest brokerage in terms of volume after giants Coldwell Banker and Grubb & Ellis, neither of which is headquartered locally.
Scher-Voit said it leased or sold property last year worth $720 million. Most of its business was in industrial properties like factories and warehouses, the company said.
