THOUSAND OAKS : 6th Youth Congress to Convene Today

Self-esteem, substance abuse and gang violence are topics scheduled for a series of seminars and speakers at the sixth annual Youth Congress, which will be held today in Thousand Oaks.
Seventy-five students from eight area high schools and California Lutheran University will join the speakers and community leaders in round-table discussions.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at 1 GTE Place.
