Nation IN BRIEF : WASHINGTON, D.C. : Firm Pleads Guilty in Documents Case

Grumman Corp. pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in suburban Alexandria, Va., to illegally obtaining secret Air Force budget documents. The firm was fined $2.5 million. The company admitted obtaining secret Air Force program memorandums through a former employee, Harry Kotellos. Grumman is the fourth contractor since November to plead guilty to illegal trafficking of Pentagon documents. The others were Boeing Co., RCA Corp. and Hughes Aircraft.
