Nation IN BRIEF : MINNESOTA : Pilots to Appeal Loss of Licenses

Three Northwest Airlines pilots accused of flying a commercial jetliner from Fargo, N.D., to Minneapolis while intoxicated will appeal their license revocations, two attorneys said. The National Transportation Safety Board will hear the appeals April 3, said attorneys representing Robert Kirchner, first officer, and Joseph Balzer, second officer on the March 8 flight.
