Kaufman & Broad Home Corp.: The home builder and commercial real estate developer reported a first-quarter profit of $13.3 million, up 16% from the same period a year ago. Revenue rose 70% to $315.7 million. The Los Angeles-based firm said revenue from its commercial development activities, all located in France, totaled $110 million, more than triple that of last year.
