World IN BRIEF : YUGOSLAVIA : Food Poisoning Riots Reported

Thousands of ethnic Albanians chanting “You poisoned our children!” rampaged through a town in Yugoslavia’s Kosovo province in a new upsurge of violence in the troubled area. Radio Belgrade said 4,000 ethnic Albanians marched through Podujevo and beat up 15 Serbs and Montenegrins after 224 of their children became ill with suspected food poisoning.
