Gasoline Prices Slip: Prices fell slightly over the past two weeks, the Lundberg Survey reported. The nationwide survey revealed an average retail price per gallon of $1.1096, down .19 cent a gallon from the March 9 average. The decline took place during a period when the average wholesale price for a gallon of gas rose one-third of a cent.
