Unocal to Sell Norwegian Unit: Unocal Corp. said it would sell its Norwegian oil and gas subsidiary to a unit of Paris-based Total CFP, a French oil company, for $322 million. The sale of Unocal Norge A/S to Total Marine Norsk A/S includes Unocal’s 18% interest in the Veslefrikk oil field in the North Sea, Unocal spokesman Michael Thacher said in Los Angeles. The sale, which is subject to Norwegian government approval, is expected to close in May.
