BOB & WEAVE: Orange County Supervisor Roger R. Stanton, who last week became involved in a scuffle at South Coast Plaza while waiting in line for lunch, has been the recipient of some choice nicknames: “Buster” Stanton, “KO” Stanton and “Lunch Line Mauler.” . . . Aides say Stanton, 52, who has taken the ribbing in stride, also received tickets for martial arts instruction and got a pair of Sugar Ray Leonard boxing gloves from the Assn. of Orange County Sheriff’s Deputies.
