Two-Year Note Yields Rise: The Treasury sold $10.1 billion of two-year notes at a yield of 8.59%, up from 8.50% at the last auction on Feb. 21. It was the highest rate since two-year notes averaged 8.84% on May 24. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 8.5%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,983.80.
