United States Shoe Corp., Cincinnati, has named Bannus B. Hudson, president of its LensCrafters Optical division, as chief executive. He succeeds Philip G. Barach, CEO since 1968. Barach will continue as chairman of U.S. Shoe. Hudson, 44, was elected president and chief operating officer of U.S. Shoe earlier this year.
