1,500 Pull Toys Recalled; Risk to Children Cited

WASHINGTON —
A Chicago-based manufacturer voluntarily recalled 1,500 pull toys Wednesday because they may break apart, leaving sharp edges or small parts that could injure or choke young children, the government said.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission said Sandberg Manufacturing Co. is recalling 1,500 Caterpillar Pull Toys that sold nationwide for children ages 1 to 3 from October, 1988, to May, 1989.
