Oklahoma coach Billy Tubbs says he is undecided about whether to accept an offer to return to Lamar University as the school’s basketball coach. Published reports have said Lamar is ready to offer Tubbs jobs as coach and athletic director or a high-standing position in the athletic department. The offer also reportedly was in the $300,000 range. Tubbs would not discuss details of the offer.
