Cardboard Cabinet: When prominent blacks visit San Francisco Mayor Art Agnos, he pulls out a cardboard cutout of Bill Cosby. Agnos said of Cosby, who gave $20 million to a black college: “He’s doing what the Greeks are doing, what the Jews are doing . . . . He says, ‘We successful blacks have to invest in our communities.’ ” But Toni Cook, former head of the Bay Area Black United Fund, said: “I thought it was most inappropriate . . . . I found it very insulting to be the brunt of his frustration.”
