The first phase of Santa Fe Pacific Realty’s new 47-acre industrial complex in Fullerton consists of a 201,101-square-foot distribution facility and a 55,740-square-foot manufacturing building. The two buildings are on a 13-acre site adjacent to Fullerton Municipal Airport. Construction has begun on the $18-million project, with completion scheduled for September.
