Daniel J. Conger has joined Van Doren Rubber Co., an Orange-based shoe company, as vice president of finance. Before joining Van Doren, he was manager of strategic inventory planning for Western Digital Corp. Before that, he was manager of financial planning and analysis for the systems product division of Burroughs Corp. In addition, Jerome Gross was named to the newly created position of vice president of administration and marketing. He was formerly a member of Salomon Bros. Inc.’s corporate finance division, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
