Dennis J. Chapman has been appointed vice president-property development for Unocal Land & Development Co.’s southern region headquarters in Brea. He will oversee all aspects of the development company’s activities in Orange County and surrounding areas. Chapman, who joined Unocal in 1974, was formerly regional manager of property development.
