Holders Sue Rykoff-Sexton: Rykoff-Sexton Inc. shareholders filed a federal class-action lawsuit against the Los Angeles-based wholesale food distributor, claiming securities fraud. The suit, filed in U.S. District Court, alleges that Rykoff-Sexton issued overly optimistic and misleading quarterly earnings reports, news releases and other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission beginning in 1989. Company officials could not be reached for comment.
