Buchanan on Funding for Art

Filth and pornography are not art forms. They are signs of an illness that is best cured on the psychiatric couch and not on the stage or easel. If we are a nation of laws, not men, and admittedly laws are a form of censorship, then what is wrong with a law prohibiting the use of public funding of filth and pornography?
