Crowne Summit opens today in the hills of Anaheim, featuring 24 two-story attached houses priced from $250,000 to $350,000.
The three- and four-bedroom townhouses by Boulevard Development Inc. are available in three floor plans ranging in size from 1,484 to 1,900 square feet and have tile roofs, up to three bathrooms, rear-yard fencing and front-yard landscaping.

In the hills--Crowne Summit, a 24-unit townhouse development by Boulevard Development Inc. is in Anaheim Hills. The project at 803 Shanada Court has its own association dues of $161.18 a month.
Move-ins are scheduled to begin in late July and the homeowners association fee is $161.18 a month. The project is near Anaheim Hills, but is outside the boundaries of that planned development.
The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 803 Shanada Court, reached from the southbound Imperial Highway exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway.
