25 Bodies Discovered in Common Colombia Grave

BOGOTA, Colombia —
The bodies of 25 people, some of whom had been missing for months, were found buried in a common grave in norhtern Colombia, Gen. Octavio Vargas, chief of police operations, said Thursday.
Vargas said the bodies were found Wednesday near the town of Valencia on the property of Fidel Castano. Authorities have accused him of leading a right-wing death squad responsible for killing leftists and union leaders.
