Sandra E. Stiles, Joseph A. Boystak and Roger Kimmel have been elected directors of American Health Services Corp., Newport Beach.
They succeed former directors Gerald Shefsky, Herman Becker-Fluegel, Garry W. Bond and David H. Brown, who resigned.
Stiles is a director of OmniCorp International BV and president of OmniCorp Holdings Inc. Boystak is an independent investment banker specializing in health-care related financing, and Kimmel is a New York-based partner in the law firm of Latham & Watkins. American Health develops and operates medical diagnostic imaging and treatment centers.
