New Branch: Western Financial Savings Bank has opened a branch at its new headquarters in Irvine and designated it as its main branch. The savings and loan and its parent company, Westcorp Inc., consolidated its operations last November in a new building in the Irvine Spectrum area. The S&L;’s former main office in Orange remains as one of Western Financial’s 22 branches.
