West Covina : Council Names New Mayor

The City Council on Tuesday voted to elect William Tarozzi mayor and Bradley McFadden mayor pro tem. Both offices carry one-year terms.

Tarozzi replaces retired Mayor Robert Bacon, and McFadden replaces Dick Lewis, who was unseated in the April 10 election.
