Covina : Council Elects Mayor

The City Council has elected Chris Lancaster to a two-year term as mayor. On Tuesday, the council also selected Gary Coffey to serve as mayor pro tem.

Lancaster replaces Bob Low, who was ousted from the council in the April 10 election. Coffey replaces Tom O’Leary, who will continue as councilman.
