The first phase of the $100-million PacifiCenter Anaheim includes a $6-million retail complex, a four-story office building, a 140-room hotel and both full-service and fast-food restaurants. Santa Fe Pacific Realty will relocate its Southern California regional office from Brea to the office building, which is scheduled for completion in December. The retail complex will have two sections, one 10,500 square feet and the other 12,500. It is also expected to be finished in December. Two additional office buildings are expected to start construction in 1992. The mixed-use office and commercial development is on a 26-acre site next to the Riverside Freeway.
