Which Is the Better Investment, Real Estate or the Stock Market? The Debate Continues

Share

Some of the press has been quick to exaggerate current developments with respect to real estate in California. It’s easier to emphasize the negatives and depict a cooling of a very heated real estate market to more normal levels as a looming financial disaster rather than as a typical adjustment in the marketplace. Articles exaggerating such matters can certainly inappropriately undermine confidence in an otherwise healthy market.
