Artists Throw Themselves Into Sculpting Recyclables

An art contest at the Lake View Terrace Recreation Center on Saturday drew participants eager to win cash prizes for their creations. Artworks could be in any medium as long as they contained 90% recyclable materials. The grand prize was $250 and 10 first prizes of $50 each also were awarded.
