Dealing With Graffiti

What I cannot understand is your fascination with these simplistic street hoodlums. In the past few weeks you have had at least three features on this subject. Your idealization of this costly, destructive and malicious act serves only as an ego-booster for the publicity-hungry gangs.

Seeing their accomplishments written up in a major newspaper serves only to propel them on to bigger and better acts of crime and mayhem.
