VTN Corp.: The Orange-based engineering, land-planning and consulting firm reported net income of $549,895 for the third quarter of fiscal 1990. It had a profit of $110,153 for the like quarter a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Feb. 28 dipped 7%, to $2.7 million from $2.9 million. Nine-month earnings reached a record $1.9 million; $252,149 in earnings were reported for the first three months of fiscal 1989. Revenue declined 4%, to $8.7 million from $9.1 million.
