Heinsheimer Is Appointed Mayor
The Rolling Hills City Council has selected Councilman Thomas Heinsheimer as mayor and Councilman Godfrey Pernell as mayor pro tem.
Heinsheimer has been a member of the council since 1972. The council has an established rotation system in which council members serve as mayor. Heinsheimer and Pernell both have held the ceremonial position in the past.
