Circuit Court Nominee

WASHINGTON —
President Bush announced Wednesday the nomination of federal Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp to be U.S. circuit judge for the 11th Circuit. Ryskamp, 57, would succeed Appeals Court Judge Paul H. Roney.
