CHANGING PLACES: When Orange County’s new airport terminal opens in September, it will feature private diaper-changing tables in the men’s as well as the women’s restrooms. . . . The feature, in place at Chicago’s O’Hare and Los Angeles International airports, reflects “a way of life,” said architect Phil Kroeze. . . . “Obviously, a man can volunteer to change the baby as well as a woman. We knew it would be a realistic and appreciated feature.”
