CMS Enhancements Inc.: The Tustin-based computer products maker reported that net income for the third fiscal quarter dropped to $420,000 from $1.1 million for the corresponding year-earlier quarter. Sales for the quarter ended March 31 declined 12% to $46.4 million from $52.9 million. Net income for the first nine months of the fiscal year declined 40% to $2.2 million from $3.6 million. Revenue dipped 2% to $154.2 million from $157.6 million. The company attributed the reduced revenue to concentration on higher-profit-margin products. In addition, the company experienced increased expenses from its manufacturing facility in Singapore and expenses associated with the acquisition of its service and repair business.
