World IN BRIEF : PAKISTAN : 21 Killed, 30 Injured as Bomb Blasts Train

A bomb ripped through a passenger train traveling near the Indian border, killing at least 21 people and injuring 30, officials said. They said the bomb exploded in a restroom of the train when it stopped in a station near the city of Lahore. Authorities said they had no suspects in the bombing, but Pakistani newspapers have blamed a rash of bombings in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad on Indian secret service agents.
