Scott P. Wathen has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing for Calay Systems Inc. Wathen was previously sales director at Dazix,and before that had sales management jobs with SDL/SCS, Hewlett Packard and Nicolet. Calay Systems, based in Irvine, manufactures systems for the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards.
