Prince Manufacturing Retains Morgan Stanley: Prince Manufacturing Inc., a leading maker of tennis products, announced that it has retained Morgan Stanley & Co. as its financial adviser in connection with the possible sale of the company. Senior management and Brentwood Associates, a Los Angeles-based management buyout firm, purchased Princeton, N.J.-based Prince from Unilever N.V. in August, 1987.
