Two Orange County-based jazz bands, the John Annello Group and Rico Garcia & Axiom, will play at the Santa Ana Zoo July 22 from 4 to 8 p.m. to help raise money for renovation of exhibits and development of the zoo’s remaining acreage. Tickets will cost $12; food, beer, wine and sodas will be on sale. The program is being sponsored by the Friends of the Santa Ana Zoo and the Studio Cafe in Corona del Mar.
