Monte Sturgeon has been promoted to vice president, regulatory accounting, for Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. in Irvine. He was formerly assistant vice president and assistant treasurer. Before joining the title insurance company in 1987, Sturgeon was with Schmidt-Hopkins & Co. in Phoenix.
